  I called this office today to schedule an appointment. After finally getting through, I was told they could not schedule me until I received their paperwork and had it filled out and either mailed or faxed back to them. I just recently got new insurance and am looking for a new provider. What happened to being able to call an office to schedule an appointment? How are they going to guarantee I receive their paperwork? How am I going to guarantee they got it back? As long as it took me to finally get through on the phone- it would be months before I even have an appointment scheduled. What a joke.

  Amazing office, staff, and super competent doctors. My personal doctor, Duke, is very sweet and caring. She goes above and beyond to research each patient's individual needs and concerns. My best friend who was recently diagnosed with Cervical cancer was able to work with Dr. Duke to find out that the cancer was a by-product of an auto-immune disorder which my friend is now on a simple medication to keep in check. So the fact stands if you want a doctor who is willing to save your life, this is the place to go.
