- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called and spoke with a representative on July 22nd around 3 pm to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Upon speaking with the representative I informed her that since our last visit the insurance carrier info had changed. The representative then proceeded to call out the prior insurance carrier. I advised the representative that we no longer had that insurance and I told her the new insurance info. She scheduled the appointment, from that day I've been receiving numerous email confirmations and text messages about the appointment. I arrived today at 9:21 her appointment wasn't until 9:30 the receptionist at the front desk told me they don't accept the type of insurance we have. I informed her that when I scheduled the appointment back on July 22nd I advised this to the representative. She then proceeded to tell me their system wasn't set up to accept the type of insurance we have.
