- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was so disappointed with the visit my parents experienced today. The Office Tech was very unprofessional. Could not tell if she was a Nurse or not due to her uniform attire that was not appropriate for a medical office atmosphere. The mannerism she exposed was just unacceptable. Paperwork was not legible, I could barely see the documents that needed to be filled out. Documents posted all over the front desk window, which enables staff to greet you with a friendly smile. Upon leaving no one tried to assist the situation, nor did we receive a call for apology. I have heard such great things about Dr. Burton and hate my parents where not able to be seen today.
